By accessing this website or commissioning our services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
Services
We provide writing, editing, design, publishing, narration, and marketing services. The exact scope of any engagement is set out in the quotation or agreement issued to you before work begins.
Quotations and Payment
Quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. Projects normally begin once an initial payment is received, with the balance due at the milestones set out in your agreement.
Revisions
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. Additional revisions, or changes that materially alter the agreed scope, may be quoted separately.
Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the commissioned work passes to you. We retain the right to describe the engagement in general terms unless you ask us in writing not to.
Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of material you supply and for confirming that you hold the rights to any content you ask us to use.
Refunds and Cancellation
If you cancel a project, fees for work already completed remain payable. Refund eligibility for any remaining balance is assessed against the stage the project has reached.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales or profits, arising from the use of our services or this website.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
